(NYSE: NLY) (“Annaly”) and Chimera Investment Corporation (NYSE: CIM) (“Chimera”) today announced that Chimera has entered into an agreement with Fixed Income Discount Advisory Company (“FIDAC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Annaly, to internalize the management of Chimera.
