CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed the ratings for Commercial Mortgage Loan Trust 2001-2. KEY RATING DRIVERS While CE has continued to increase, the current characteristics of the transaction are not consistent with high investment grade ratings. As such, the class A and B notes were affirmed at 'Asf' and 'BBBsf', respectively. Both classes have Stable Outlooks as CE is expected to continue to provide adequate protection to the notes.
