NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'AAA' rating to the following revenue bonds to be issued by the Monmouth County Improvement Authority (the MCIA): --$22,820,000 lease revenue refunding bonds series 2015 (Monmouth County Guaranteed) (Brookdale Community College Project).
