NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MSCI Inc. (NYSE:MSCI) announced today that it priced a private offering of $800 million aggregate amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2025 at an issue price of 100% to yield 5.750% (the “Offering”). The size of the Offering reflects an increase of $300 million from the previously announced Offering size.
