LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Air Lease Corporation (NYSE: AL) (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.625% unsecured senior notes due 2018 (the “Notes”). The Notes were offered to the public at a price of 99.500% of par. The sale of the Notes is expected to close on August 18, 2015, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
