NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'BBB+' to McGraw Hill Financial, Inc.'s (MHFI) benchmark-sized issuance of three, five, and 10-year senior notes. The proceeds from the offering are to be used to finance the previously announced acquisition of SNL Financial.
