NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On the effective date of Aug. 28, 2015, Fitch Ratings will affirm the 'F1+' short-term rating assigned to the New York City Transitional Finance Authority future tax secured tax-exempt subordinate bonds fiscal 2013 series A subseries A-6 and subseries A-7 (the bonds).
