CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fifth Third Bancorp (Nasdaq: FITB) announced today that Heather Russell Koenig will become its chief legal officer and corporate secretary and will be joining the Company on Sept. 28, 2015. Koenig will report to Greg D. Carmichael, president, who becomes CEO on Nov. 1, 2015.
