NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ares Capital Management II LLC today announced that the reorganization of Ares Multi-Strategy Credit Fund, Inc. (NYSE: ARMF) into Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, Inc.
