INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Anthem, Inc. (NYSE: ANTM) today announced that Brian Griffin has been appointed to executive vice president and president, Commercial and Specialty Business, effective Sept. 1, 2015. Griffin succeeds Ken Goulet, who announced earlier this summer his intent to retire from Anthem after 11 years. Griffin will report directly to Joseph R. Swedish, President and Chief Executive Officer, Anthem, and will also serve as a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.
