NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings assigns an 'AA-' rating to the following Hamilton, OH (the city) revenue bonds: --$11.1 million water system improvement and refunding bonds, series 2015. The bonds are expected to sell via negotiated sale the week of Sept. 14.
