NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'BBB-' rating to Terreno Realty LLC's $50 million unsecured notes issued through a private placement on Sep. 1, 2015. The notes have a 7-year term and bear interest at a fixed rate of 4.23%. These notes are the first closing in a $100 million private placement of senior unsecured notes consisting of $50 million with a seven-year term and $50 million with a 12-year term that the company announced on Sept. 2, 2015.
