NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed the senior and subordinate notes for KeyCorp Student Loan Trust 2005-A (Group II) at 'AAsf' and 'BBBsf', respectively. Fitch has also affirmed the junior subordinate notes at 'BBsf'.
