Entertainment Today

How do you spend your evening? Today, it is possible to relax using only the internet. For example, you can play video games or place bets with the 20Bet Canada bonuses. Yet, lots of people enjoy watching Netflix. Here are the most well-known shows of 2020.

Hollywood

It's Ryan Murphy's aesthetic mini-series about '40s Hollywood. Only instead of a believable story about a dream factory, the director has made a utopian tale about a golden age of cinema, where black actors and screenwriters could win an Oscar, or the film studio is headed by a woman with Jewish roots. In this world, almost any miracle is possible if you show courage and hard work.

Space Force

In 2019, Trump announced the creation of a new branch of the US military, the Space Force. Steve Carell and Netflix producers responded immediately and released a space version of The Office Tv show about the dim-witted General Mark Naird. He gets to lead an operation to colonize the moon.

The Eddy

Elliot, the owner of the jazz bar, is going through a rough path. His partner is murdered by unknown gangsters, the police threaten to shut down the club, and his rebellious adult daughter arrives from the USA to visit the hero. A melancholic mini-series about everyday life of jazz musicians in Paris slums was filmed by several directors at once. The first episode was produced by the author of La La Land, Damien Chazelle.

Unorthodox

This Netflix project is a loose adaptation of Deborah Feldman's memoirs. The girl was part of the Hasidic community, the largest orthodox community of Jews in New York. Women were forbidden to study or read there, and their main purpose was motherhood. At 22, a girl managed to escape to Berlin, go to university, sue her young son and start a new life. The girl was played by the fantastic Israeli actress Shira Haas.

Locke & Key

It is an excellent fantasy action for cozy family evenings. The plot centers on the Locke family. They have moved into a decrepit mansion where magic keys are hidden at every turn. The series grew out of the dystopian comics of Joe Hill (Stephen King's son), who clearly inherited his love of horror movies from his father. Only the adaptation turned out to be less sinister and more like a mix of every possible mystery tale. But this derivation is only to the benefit of the series.

I Am Not Okay with This

It is a new project by showrunner Jonathan Antsville about an unsociable girl from the American countryside who discovers her powerful superpowers. If you're a true Netflix fan, you'll definitely like this show. It's a successful compilation of all the company's hits. It is witty as Sex Education, atmospheric and mysterious as Stranger Things, and beautiful as The End of the F***ing World.
