Everest University Names New President of North Orlando Campus

    ORLANDO, FL, September 22, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Terrance "T.J." Harris has been named president of Everest University's North Orlando campus.

Harris is an executive with 15 years of experience in education administration and is a veteran in the field of information technology.

"T.J. brings a wealth of knowledge in education, management and information technology that will challenge our students as we train and help them reach their career goals," said Melissa Flores, division president for Corinthian Colleges, the parent company of Everest.

Harris comes to Everest University after serving as chief information officer for Prospect Education, the parent company of Charter College based in Reno, Nev. Previously, Harris was campus president for Charter College in Anchorage, Alaska.

In his new position, Harris will oversee all administrative departments, including admissions, student affairs, education programs, and community and business relations.

Harris earned a Master of Aeronautical Science with a specialization in management and a Bachelor of Science in professional aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He attended Airman Leadership School in the U.S. Air Force, where he served six years.
