WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kentucky’s lawsuit climate has worsened and now ranks number 39 out of 50 states according to a new national survey released today by the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform (ILR). That represents a drop of 10 spots in the last seven years.
