WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mississippi’s lawsuit climate has jumped five spots and now ranks 43rd out of 50, an all-time high, according to a new national survey released today by the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform (ILR). Mississippi has risen seven spots from its low mark of 50th in the 13 years the survey has been produced. The rise comes at an important time for the state.
